Super Happy & awesome vehicle I had a breakdown 2 yrs ago & vehicle was hauled to Mann Northway. Ron had talked to my spouse prior and I appreciated him spending time talking to me about the vehicle. Gave credit for no command start installed in vehicle. Nothing but good to say about Ron, we would go back to him without question. All staff very friendly! Negatives: The Atco trailers are not ideal but also temporary and making way for better for all. During finance process, was extended by continuing to sell additional warranties after already declined. We understand but did not appreciate the extra time taken. A full tank of gas (as opposed to just under half) should be given. It's a small thing but it would go a long way in making customer feel dealer went a little above. In comparison to past experiences, we found the whole process to be longer and more drawn out, not sure if this is the dealer or the gm lease option. More

Service Dept. refuses to resolve their mistakes Mann mechanics and/or GM parts was responsible for a leak on a rear end seal they installed 4 months earlier. When I brought it to them to fix I was told they were too busy and to come back later. When I refused I was told by assistant manager Glenn Pritchard that it had been 4 months since they worked on it (and no further explanation). I explained that I only found out yesterday when I was at Jiffy Lube (far better customer service by the way) and that as far as I knew their shoddy work had been leaking the entire time. Perhaps that is the lifetime on GM service, 4 months? This did not change their decision and I had to take yet more time out of my schedule to convenience them! PS:this isn't the first problem I've had with their service, they over tightened my oil filter, and before that cross threaded the oil filter causing a leak. That was just on oil changes which next to changing a tire is one of the less complex jobs. More

The team is friendly and professional but I think that most of the mechanical , team just lack skills and training. It was because how friendly they are that I gave them so many chances-usually you would just seek another place after one or two mess ups-after the 6th I just moved on... Buy a car here- and don't bring it back.... More
