SOLD ME A LEMON!!!!! Traded in a perfectly good car to purchase a new vehicle. Needless to say I am so disappointed!! After owning the vehicle 6 months it was in for elect Traded in a perfectly good car to purchase a new vehicle. Needless to say I am so disappointed!! After owning the vehicle 6 months it was in for electrical issues. The vehicle has been in numerous times as they still can't pinpoint where the problem is being caused. Looked into trading it for another vehicle. They would trade the vehicle but it would have cost me a loss of over $12,000.00!!! Pretty sad especially when our salesman told my husband he was "sorry he sold us a LEMON"!! Took vehicle in before leaving on a road trip because it was having electrical issues. They stated they could not duplicate the problem. Well...I barely made it home because of the issues. Needless to say when you're driving on a highway with no shoulder and you lose TOTAL POWER to your vehicle it can be quite stressful. So far the vehicle has been in for service for electrical related issues multiple times. It isn't very reassuring when the Service Manager stated to me, "that the vehicle should've been bought back by GM Canada 20,000 kms ago as the issues started at 5000 kms and are still on-going" Tim Green advised me that "this issue is fixed but by far they have NOT been able to find the root cause and there will be further issues with the vehicle" I emailed Robert Mann regarding these issues and he didn't even have the decency to reply to me!!! Can't go through CAMVAP for buyback as the in service date has just expired!! Never should have traded in my other car!!!! More

I went back again and had the professional service i was hoping for. The staff there helped me to get into the vehicle that i was looking for. Ed helped me out a lot with getting the knowledge about the vehicle and showing me all the different options and features. He made the car buying process very simple and didnt make me feel pressured into getting a vehicle. Eric did an amazing job at helping me get the financing i needed so that way i could get the vehicle i wanted and the payments i wanted. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining all the different aspecta of what a lease are and made my worries disappear that i had when i first got there. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone i know and let them know to talk to both Ed and Eric. More

New Chevrolet Impala We went "looking" not "buying" in early spring ....
