Happy customer I already recommended Mann northway to a couple of my friends. I actually handed the keys to one of them to test drive my Denali and my friend loved i I already recommended Mann northway to a couple of my friends. I actually handed the keys to one of them to test drive my Denali and my friend loved it. She drives enclave and considering to go trade in her 2 yr old vehicle. Below expectation My wife took our 2013 Chevy 1/2 in for an oil change, waited 3 hours, left went to another establishment and was looked after. I understand time is a value to a company as it is to us as a customer. We may have too high of expectations as we are very happy with the service we receive at our local dealer (extremely great service where our expectations are built), service is something we pay for so if we don’t receive we will go elsewhere. As I live in lloydminster and have a cabin at Emma lake (over 3 hours away)it would be nice to have our 4 vehicles serviced st the accredited dealer as 2 are 18’s and under warranty. But if the service is under par I will pay to have it done elsewhere. I also understand you are busy as it was mentioned (rudely) so likely our attendance would not be missed. You sent requesting my response so I’m responding, if I’m wasting time it’s not the first time ( refer to start of message). Disappointed to say the least. More
