Service has been good for the five and a half years that I’ve owned our pickup. Purchase was fine, but our salesman has since retired. My only complaint is the upgrade e-mails I keep getting for new trucks in with inaccurate information on mileage, my current payments which are nil, not the $351 bi-weekly that were done last October. I have also repeatedly said to staff in person and on the phone calls from salesmen that I WILL NOT be upgrading. I appreciate my monthly report and info regarding recalls, etc., but not the pestering to upgrade(trade) and get into 7 years of bi- weekly payments that I am not eligible for insurance for because of my age.
