Service Department Experience. I had a recall service(13S12) performed on my 2013 Ford Escape in December 14. After the service, i lost use of my select shift in Drive, my fuel gau I had a recall service(13S12) performed on my 2013 Ford Escape in December 14. After the service, i lost use of my select shift in Drive, my fuel gauge was also erratic(showing empty when it had fuel), I had a check engine light on too for the coolant bypass valve. (This is all after the recall service). Initially booking the service was easy, the dealership was responsive to emails, after these problems, the dealer didn't respond to my emails. I had Ford of Canada customer relations intervene to no avail. The customer service manager was supposed to call me back. Its been more than three weeks If you want a dealership that stands behind their work and service go elsewhere! ( This dealership has no loaner cars available and pushes you to rent cars from enterprise. Fords motto is "Go Further", not the dealer! They wont drop you off if you live further than 4kms away, which makes servicing your vehicle frustrating) Save your self the trouble of using a bike or bus, "Go elsewhere" to another dealer to service your Ford. More

The salesman at the time not worth naming was less then accommodating to say the least. when it came to the service department i was well looked after and very satisfied as they treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism from that point forward, so it helped smooth over my experience with the sales department at the time. its unfortunate that i cant remember all the names of the people at the service counter that Ive had dealings with but i can tell you they all deserve a standing ovation for the work that they do, SO THANK YOU, i look forward to continuing our relationship as i have now purchased a brand new 2014 FX4 that i didn't think was possible, until i walked into Bobby Grewal on a routine service for the old girl. Bobby was very professional and tended to my wants and didn't bu**sh** me at any point during my new purchase that she made possible.It was nice to see that there was new changes from dams to Mainland, WOW what a difference, thank you Ford for Bobby as she was outstanding in making my day. I love my new truck, i will always be a ford guy. James Sim was also a breath of fresh-air in helping get er done. Thank you to all in the ford family........... More

Finally a chill place to buy a new used vehicle I couldn't help to stare at all the custom lifted new f150s that Mainland ford had on there lot. One day I decided to stop in and I'm actually glad I couldn't help to stare at all the custom lifted new f150s that Mainland ford had on there lot. One day I decided to stop in and I'm actually glad I did. Chris Fury the sales rep greeted me as well as a few others. I didn't expect to walk away with a new truck but I couldn't help it after speaking with them and seeing what they were going to give me for my trade in. It actually worked out better than selling privately and I got zero percent financing over 60 months to really keep the payments down. I definitely recommend this dealership and will be going back there for all my servicing and vehicle needs. Bryce More

Fantastic Experience! Wow! Where do I even start, the sales team here was excellent from start to finish. Bobbie was the first salesperson to actually listen to me, she fou Wow! Bobbie was the first salesperson to actually listen to me, she found me the perfect vehicle while keeping my budget in mind!! The management team was by the far I've ever dealt with super informative and make you feel like family! Nigel even gave me his personal cell phone just in case I have any questions. The finance team was also very informative and got me a unreal rate and even got me a awesome deal on some added extras! This by far was the best dealership I've ever delt with!!
