Will I be reimburse when I return the car? It’s a lease plus I pay extra for warranty and I still get charged. I did not see this in my warranty that I had to pay a deductible

I had appointment for simple oil change and tire rotation for 9am. I got out at 1230!! This is outrageous!! Bad service and too expensive for such a service. Not going back there. More
