First time and the last time using the service department. Had an oil and filter service done and was told all levels will be checked. Got the SUV home (new to me) first drive and read the service department. Had an oil and filter service done and was told all levels will be checked. Got the SUV home (new to me) first drive and read the service bill. Noted mvi was due so I booked a safety local to me. They noted the coolant was very low, non in the bottle, the power steering fluid was low. So I called service and was asked to leave a message, I did. "He" would get back to me. That was Monday 31st August. Still no callback. Not what I expected. More
