Mike. The service manager contacted me to apologize for the long wait. He did not come up with any excuses, and offered a sincere apology. He also offered my next oil change / tire rotation for free. I was not expecting anything in return for my survey comments, but the gesture was what and how a company who cares about their customers should react. Thank you to Mike!!!!

Service advisors are always pleasant and great to deal with. Always a good experience, only issue I have is you have to wait 3 weeks to get your oil changed which is not your service advisors fault. More
