The staff are always extremely courteous and all of the recommendations are totally reasonable. I recently dealt with Matt on the replacement of front breaks and a muffler clamp. In and out. On time. I also had to get my clutch replaced at 150K Km, which stung a bit, but Alex really tried to help keep the costs as reasonable as possible. You could tell that he genuinely wanted to help and their quote was cheaper than Nixon. These guys are highly recommended. More

Stereotypical Garage I brought my mini in to get a license light bulb change (the safety light was on) and they said they'd need to have it for over an hour...I had to get I brought my mini in to get a license light bulb change (the safety light was on) and they said they'd need to have it for over an hour...I had to get my daughter from school so I had to rent a loaner car. The front desk girl called me and said I needed new front brakes and routers and quoted me around $500 for that. I told her I will get a second opinion because no safety brake light was on. Then the service manager Alex, called me & said they made a mistake and suddenly now I don't need routers and quoted me $280. When I explained my brake safety light wasn't on, he argued with me, basically inferring I'm naive and don't know my car! Since I already made an appt at Axel Alley and I had a sour taste in my mouth... I declined their new quote. When I pick up my car, I asked for Alex to show me the safety light, he wasn't there but the shop manager was. Lawrence I believe was his name. He was very polite and agreed that yes the light wasn't on and that I was attempted to be gouged. Nice. No phone call back it's been 2 days. They even made me pay for the rental car. Pfftt. Taking my business elsewhere and telling 10 friends. I bet the dealership won't even post this but at least they will know about my experience. More

Carlo was an excellent sales rep. He replied speedily and did his best to answer my questions. If he was unable to answer them he seeked out the answer. He was not pushy yet personable and friendly. I don't normally buy from dealerships because of the way many salesmen treat me as a female buyer. The moment I walked in the door of Mini Yaletown, I felt welcome and equal; not like a dumb girl that does many salesmen treat me as a female buyer. By far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with in my life! I've purchased some 12 new cars over my driving career, and these guys are by far the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. From the business manager failing to show up to close the deal, to reneged offers for free service. These guys are rank amateurs and should be avoided at all costs. I've also just learned that they falsified my contact e-mail so they could complete the customer satisfaction questionnaire themselves and gave themselves top marks. The place may look like it’s top-notch, but I assure you, they’re rotten to the core! If you want a Mini, buy it from Richmond Mini… much better outfit. More

The MINI service centre is one of the better service centres I have done business with. All the staff are knowledgable and friendly and want you to be clear about what is being serviced, what is needed and not needed in your service cycle and won't oversell what is not needed. They have a great respect for the customer, love the brand and in response I respect what they stand for and am an evangelist of the MINI brand - thanks to them. Kudos for being there. Great team! More

Philip was so helpful and accommodating to us flip flopping between the clubman and the new countryman.
