Just leased my new Mini Victory Edition from Mini Vaughan and it was the best car lease experience I've had. I came in to check out the Victory Edition and was driving it home one week later. Stan, my sales and service consultant, replied to my initial web inquiry at 11 p.m., which told me a lot about how this team operates. Lewis, the assistant sales manager, and Vivian, the general sales manager, brought the same energy throughout. Warm, attentive, never pushy. The trade-in was the smoothest I've experienced. They took my Mini JCW with 15 months still on the lease, and the offers kept getting better every visit. On pickup day they surprised me with a welcome package of high end Mini merch, then said "one more gift for you" and showed me they had found a way to bring my monthly lease down even more. Completely unprompted. They genuinely wanted me to be shocked. For context, my previous Mini dealership didn't call me once in 2.5 years. Since picking up the car I've stopped by Mini Vaughan a few times for small things and have been welcomed like a longtime regular every time. If you're shopping for a Mini in the GTA, ask for Stan. Vivian and Lewis run a team that has earned my loyalty for as long as I'm driving a Mini. More
