When my 2007 mini broke down on Dec 24th, I had it towed to the dealership. When they reopened, I was already back in Rochester NY. I came in for repeat service of the thermostat on my 2011 Mini. I was quite upset that this service was required again only after 3 yrs, however after speaking with Amanda and Andre we were able to settle a Mini.
