My father had fallen in love with the Mini Countryman and was so excited to go to the Mini dealership to have a look. We met Mike and he made our entire shopping experience fantastic. He patiently explained features and model differences to both of us and facilitated a fair deal for the car. There was no pressure to close the deal and he respected our beliefs regarding dealer add-ons. Overall we had a fabulous experience with Mini Calgary and Mike DeMerchant, got a great car and paid a fair price for it. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone who is shopping for a Mini. More

After a week of cross referencing and looking at multiple Ford Flex's (New to me), I decided to go with the 2011 Titanium at Calgary Mini. They noticed a number of things to be fixed on the vehicle after I looked at it, and brought them up to me as well as got them repaired (oil seals and some other tricky stuff) and I felt extremely confident moving forward with the car when it was said and done. More

Ownership I had issues starting my car in mornings during warmer tempertures and new that when colder weather would cause me a lot of grief. I took it to BMW t I had issues starting my car in mornings during warmer tempertures and new that when colder weather would cause me a lot of grief. I took it to BMW to get it looked into. Even though it went through diagnostic testing it was not shown anything. I want to thank Paul and the crew for persevering and to take ownership as if it was there own vehicle. During this cold streak of weather of minus 20's not counting the winchill factor, it has started with no problem. It renewed my trust. The service was great! More

Poor customer service While my buying experience was decent, the customer service was disappointing. I was all happy to pick up my my 2016 Mini Cooper S, that I did not While my buying experience was decent, the customer service was disappointing. I was all happy to pick up my my 2016 Mini Cooper S, that I did not bother checking it before driving home. Once there I realized it did not have the black cosmo rims it was supposed to come with, it had the silver ones instead. After calling in to let them know about it, I was given the choice to either get a refund for the difference or return the car to have have the black ones installed. So I opted to return the car to get the black rims installed, I was later informed that they did not have them in stock, and I had to wait until they get another car that is coming with the black rims for the exchange. After waiting 4 weeks, the rims were here. So I went there to have them installed. Once there, the sales manager, Boaz, informed me that there was a scratch on the silver rim and it would take $150 to fix it, half of it would be covered by Mini Crowfoot, so I agreed to that. I learned from my previous mistake, so I checked the car before driving off, to my surprise, they swapped the original Pirelli Tires that came with my car for a less expensive Kumho ones. So I complained about that to the sales manager, and he offered me a $50 voucher that I can use for parts. well we know what you can get for $50 for mini accessories. after arguing back and forth, we settled for a $100 gift card and they would not charge me to fix the scratch on the silver rims. once more, after driving home, I noticed lots of scuff marks on the hood of the car after the lousy complementary car wash. Bottom line: - if you are going to make any changes to someone's car, i.e installing different tires on their cars, let them know before hand and make sure they are ok with that. Don't just change them and hope they won't notice. - if you are going to wash someone's car ask them if they would like that. and if you are doing it, do it right or don't do it at all. More

Expected more but received less I recently bought a pre owned vehicle from this dealership, the salesman was not knowledgeable and seemed new to the business of selling cars, did not I recently bought a pre owned vehicle from this dealership, the salesman was not knowledgeable and seemed new to the business of selling cars, did not even tell me if there was any warranty remaining in my vehicle, finance was good, but the management really sucked. On the day i picked up my vehicle the engine light came on during my drive back to Edmonton, and ended up spending $265 to get the car fixed in Edmonton coz i cant drive the vehicle back to Calgary anymore, i tried to reimburse the $265 unfortunately the sales manager and GM turned me down. They do not take care of after sales, theyre only there for you before sales. Wouldnt reccommend this dealership at all. More

Some salesman tell you what they imagine you want to hear...Eren really did tell us all of the things he loves about Mini, and this made us love them even more! Eren and Bo went above and beyond to ensure our payment would be fair and within our budget. He gave us many options and made sure the cars we were considering would fit our family, not just what was on the lot. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! Thanks again Eren! More
