I moved to this dealership in 2010 when I saw the superior service my wife was getting compared to the dealer I was dealing with here in Moncton. Never disappointed. I built a close relationship with my salesperson and service person. When they both retired two new people stepped in and continued with the outstanding service. When vehicle needs work they do their best to keep cost down. When time to trade I get a fair price on trade and no games in reaching a deal. I recently purchased a new vehicle. I called in the morning. That evening they had the exact vehicle I wanted, ready for test drive and working out a deal took less than an hour. Costs were clearly spelled out, none of this selling me on monthly payment nonsense. I did go to three other dealerships to do some comparative shopping. The competition was unimpressive. One included tax savings as part of the trade in value, another only wanted to talk about monthly payments and a third had an advertised price excluding shipping and a long list of "add ons" that brought the actual price up by $4,000. No regrets being a loyal customer of this dealership. More

I don’t have much positive to say about this dealership other than a few good experiences with a couple employees at the service department. I will start by my brand new vehicle not being registered to me other than a few good experiences with a couple employees at the service department. I will start by my brand new vehicle not being registered to me by a dealership that should be able to do this basic task. I called the dealership a month later, and they pointed the finger at SNB, who i had to follow up with myself. Once they finally figured out their error (which they won’t tell me) they registered my vehicle properly thanks to my persistence. Then they didn’t even have a registration sticker to give me with the certificate so i had to complain again and wait again for that. My check engine light came on a few months later, they ordered me a sensor, kept my vehicle at the shop all day to be told they realized the wrong sensor was “shipped”. Then my transmission quit on a 6 month old vehicle. The proper part was not “shipped” (it is never their fault that they can’t properly order parts). I have filled out several negative reviews from the emails that Lounsbury send out requesting a review about your recent service… nobody has ever cared enough to even call me back to apologize for my experience. When I did not have my brand new vehicle for 2 months due the blown transmission they suggested calling GM care, apparently they are the only ones who can offer me any type of compensation for my negative experience. After numerous calls, repeated conversations and waste of hours of my time, they game me a small gift card useable at the dealership that has not taken care of ensuring my customer experience has been positive there. It is a joke. I change vehicles frequently and i will not be purchasing from a company that pretends to care and wants your feedback but in reality, they just want to make the sale and not keep a customer happy. Nothing has been easy with them and i would recommend spending your money elsewhere. More

Best experience I've ever had leasing my new vehicle. James Small and Kristin Smith made everything go so great and I was on the road within a few hours. The two of them are very professional and know how to treat a customer properly. I highly recommend them both to anybody that is looking to buy or lease a vehicle.
