We waited in the lounge for 20-30 minutes and the manager Patrice came to take care of us. Long story short, Patrice was excellent and we got exactly what were were wanting a 2014 RDX with the tech package, the protection plan and a great warranty for a fair price. We came back the following weekend to pick up the car and the service from Patrice and Tal was excellent. It is great to deal with people who are experienced and knowledgeable about the products they sell. We will definitely come back to purchase our next vehicle. More

Having said that, I thought it only right to let anyone who is looking to purchase or lease an Acura know that Tony Pankyat at Lougheed Acura is the person to contact when you are going to purchase , lease or just plainly want o know more about an Acura. I first met Tony about 7 years ago when I was merely "looking" for a vehicle to transport me and my family. I was looking at the "competition" and was undecided between the Acura and the "other" brand. Tony, surprisingly said that "yes", the other brand was also a great vehicle and didn't pressure or push me to purchase the Acura. That approach alone, won me over and since then I have recommended a few people to Tony and suffice to say, they all came back to me to say how much of a pleasure it was to deal with Tony. Yes, Tony sells a lot of vehicles and that's precisely the reason he does. He doesn't "sell" you a vehicle , he sells you the experience through him and he doesn't forget you after the sale. Not surprisingly I recently went back and traded in my MDX for a 2017 and "wow" what an beautiful and functional SUV. It's really leaps and bounds above so many of the other so called luxury SUVS and it didn't cost me an "arm and a leg"either. Of course, Tony did his "magic" ,as usual, and that just helped me to seal the deal without any hitch. I no longer have "car salesman phobia" as experienced so many times prior to my experiences with Tony and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, check out Tony at Lougheed Acura where he will always be willing to make your purchase/leasing experience a most positive one and you'll save some money in the process as well .... Finally I do get approached, so I said I'm shopping around for a TLX.. next thing I know I see a couple walking into the lot, dressed pretty well and the sales guy gave me a card and said 'ask for me if you really want anything' and he took off to help that other couple.. such bad customer service.. I took by business elsewhere, I got the TLX I wanted from Burrard and have since sent 2 others there to see my sales rep. More

Not only was he extremely genuine, soft spoken and a gentleman to boot, but also true professional. I was impressed by his way of attending me. For a while I thought I am talking to one of my elders in my family. I did not walk in to Laughed Acura with intent of finalizing a deal for brand new Acura MDX, but the more time I spent talking to him about my situation, the more inclined I became. His rich experience and knowledge in Auto sales was far superior to the salesmen I encountered at other local Dealerships. His approach is quite relaxes and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homework and shopping around I knew the deal that I need to make things work for me. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. I was really impressed by the showroom compared to most dealerships I visited. It felt like the staff at Lougheed Acura taught me about their products rather than just making a sale. Their in depth knowledge about their vehicles and the technology behind the vehicles made it easy for us to make a decision. The finance staff was also very helpful. They gave me multiple options for payments and interest rates which made the vehicle more affordable than I thought. At the end of my visit, my family and I felt like we got the vehicle that suited us the most. Thank you Lougheed Acura for putting me in my dream SUV. More

Even though I expressed my interest in the vehicle, I think I was judged on how young I look so I wasn't taken very seriously, so he didn't offer a test drive and just have me his card. I was so disappointed in the service but didn't want to give up, so I went to the Langley Acura and the salesman there treated me with respect and let me test drive a 2009 Mdx, which I ended up buying from them and am so happy with. Lougheed Acura could've had my business, too bad. More
