Service department sales coordinator not helpful Went to Coquitlam Acura service department in December, 2016 for a wiper-not-moving problem. Told my wife that they fixed it by putting in a new moto Went to Coquitlam Acura service department in December, 2016 for a wiper-not-moving problem. Told my wife that they fixed it by putting in a new motor for the wiper. Later in a week or so, the wiper-bounced-up-when-idle. Went to the service department couple times and asked them to fix the problem. Finally on April 7, 2017 at 3 pm. my wife went again after being told that the parts were ordered. After negotiation, the service coordinator managed to get it fix while doing a outstanding recall service for the car. However, shortly after we drove home, the wipers began to bounce back a little with a`bump' noise whenever it comes to idle. it is very distracting in rainy days when driving with the wipers on. Today, April 18, 2017, my wife called in, hoping to book an service appointment for the same issue. The guy didn't even allow her to book an appointment. This is not the first poor service incident. Prior to this, the guy ordered the wrong side of the visor and had my wife run around, wasting her time and giving her much hassles and stress. I hope they would really look into this as we bought the Acura car from this location and was deeply disappointed when we would end up being treated like this. The service department's computer should have all the service records that could verify our complaint. More
