The technician who met me on entry, explained the plan for service and that there could be extra recommendations that they would only go forward with upon approval. When the shuttle was going to be dela for service and that there could be extra recommendations that they would only go forward with upon approval. When the shuttle was going to be delayed in picking me up they arranged other transportation. I take off 1 star because the technicians were unable to upgrade my software because of a rule from the overseeing management. But I was told how to do tge update myself. More
