This is my own bad experience, never go to this dealership. They SCAM your money big time. Sadly I found out everything too late after I signed up the contract. And when I am trying to cancel my contract, I even told them I don't want my $500 dollars back, the salesman and his manager was so rude to me, they are basically yelling at me and their attitude was so bad. Well the reason why I wanna cancel my contact because I found the price of the car is way higher than anywhere else, and the car was hit before and there is a big scratch underneath the back bumper. They never told me about that. Oh, and when I told them to cancel the contract, they were threaten me that I am gonna lose my credits. I mean I am new to this country, and this is my first time buying a car, so I was scared to lose my good credits so I was forced to take the deal. Another thing is, I am doing finance with monthly payment, they promised me that the financing rate is 2.99% before I signed it, and after one week later I got an email says they can't do it with 2.99%, the rate goes up to 4.98%. This is another reason I wanna cancel my contract, because they didn't fulfill their obligation. So I told them the deal is done I am out, 2 days later they emailed me again say they have brought down the interest rate from bank. But I cancel the deal before they email me back. So now, I have the car, but I am very unhappy. Please people, don't go there. More

I have a special discount because I work in a hospital, so I thought I would give them a try. I will give you the details, so you can be your own judge about this terrible dealership! According to the Honda Canada website, the price for a 30 months lease for CRV-EX AWD including all fees is $520/Month. So, how can they justify charging $580 something per month! If you do the math, that's 60 X 30 months = 1800$ more than Honda website!!! This is with my hospital discount, so I wonder what what would be the price without my hospital discount!!! Seriously? Please don't tell me about the dealership fee, because other Honda dealerships were not only willing to give me the $520/month for 30 months, but they also went lower than that price! I tried to get an explanation from the leasing rep (Michael Donovan) about the price difference. He attributed the pricing difference to an error in the system when calculation the interest rate of 1.99% instead of 0.99%. This is clearly not true, because the Honda.ca website price of $520 is calculated using the interest rate of 1.99%. More
