My experience with London Honda was disappointing. When I purchased my vehicle, several expensive add‑ons were added to my financing without proper explanation. As a newcomer to Canada at the time, I When I purchased my vehicle, several expensive add‑ons were added to my financing without proper explanation. As a newcomer to Canada at the time, I trusted the dealership and was not given the chance to review the contract overnight. I later realized how much these add‑ons increased my loan. I sold the vehicle recently and contacted London Honda multiple times to request a goodwill refund for the unused products. It has been weeks, and I have not received a single reply. Being ignored after reaching out respectfully is very discouraging. I hope the dealership improves transparency and communication with customers, especially those who may be unfamiliar with the Canadian system. More
