As soon as I pulled in this morning I was greeted by Craig who was absolutely lovely. My technician Nick is so knowledgeable, he always tells me how I can keep my car running trouble free. Been going to London honda since 2011. My wife stopped going there and started going to a different honda because she found London honda to be dishonest. I experienced that. Took my car My wife stopped going there and started going to a different honda because she found London honda to be dishonest. I experienced that. Took my car in- I knew it was an alternator, told them. They changed the starter. Didn't run it through the test again to make sure they got the problem. 3 days later my car died on the 401. And guess what... it was the alternator. And!!! Not a single apology for costing me a tow, a day of work and almost my life- potentially someone else's too. Instead they hustled to get me a loaner... and had the gall to then charge me for an alternator. The advisor Paolo lied to me- the paperwork doesn't match what he said. But.. it sure matches the outcome of their mistakes. So... roughly $1500 later for a starter and alternator and they can't prove that the starter was the issue. But I can prove that I paid for both. I will not be taking my car back there. I can't guarantee my safety and the safety of those driving around me when they do a half-a**d job. The anxiety of feeling like you can't trust your car and you have a family at home... is a terrible feeling. I do not recommend. More

I've been with Roy Ellis at london Honda for four years. I've always been treated by all the staff with personal friendly attention from service to maintenance to sales. They are honest. They are a team. I I've always been treated by all the staff with personal friendly attention from service to maintenance to sales. They are honest. They are a team. I feel like family. They don't try over charge or talk to a female in any derogatory manner. I actually love getting serving done there because I feel comfortable. They always have a warm friendly smile. I also absolutely love my Honda! Best car ever. Thank you all! More
