Thanks for the fast response. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. I was disappointed to find that, after being told that a service appointment had been made to look at the defect , that the service department could do nothing to help me. Also having defect dismissed by the service manager. Showed him the defect requiring repair, and the $2k estimate from Toyota.

London Honda strictly adheres to OMVIC regulations, ensuring transparency in our operations. During the purchase process, you were informed of the requirements and provided with supporting documentation, which you signed. Our Sales Managers contacted OMVIC, confirming that the substantial time between your agreement to purchase and the cancellation of the deal led to the forfeiture of the deposit. This decision aligns with the signed agreements and respects the resources invested in preparing the vehicle for delivery. Despite OMVIC’s assurance to retain the deposit, we returned it to you as a goodwill gesture, even at a loss to us. OH MY GOD! LIES! I wish i could attach documents here, but unfortunately i can't. Its section 38 under OMVIC which forced you to give the deposit back. I have screenshot this and sent to OMVIC. They will come to investigate this under by behalf. Please, if you made a mistake its fine, but dont lie to your customers. Disgusting. The way i was denied my deposit and treated was frankly horrible and scary. Towards the end everyone ignored me. If anyone feels they need proof for this, you could send an email to me nurture1412@gmail.com. I can show you what actually happened and my conversation with OMVIC
