Very good communication. Which is what you want in auto service. I like to understand. Some dealers don't appreciate that and get impatient. Not this dealership. Good service, but would have appreciated being told on check in that the wait time would be four hours, not two. Nothing to do with my car, just a back-up of customers which should have been obvious by t check in that the wait time would be four hours, not two. I went in for an oil change at this dealership. Good overall service quality. The whole servicing process was transparent, and information was well-communicated. Time took to finish the oil change was longer than anticipated. But that was due to the large volume of customers. Another thing that I would like to mention is I later discovered oil stains on the paint of the hood. It was most likely from the oil change. I also checked the engine cover and I also discovered the cover became quite greasy after the oil change. More
