I have bought over 20 cara or more deom this dealership. Service and sales have been excellent. However, decided to buyout my lease and wait for hybrid model to come out. Trying selling me $12,000 or more Service and sales have been excellent. However, decided to buyout my lease and wait for hybrid model to come out. Trying selling me $12,000 or more warranty package on a $30,000 buyout knowing my plans to keep car for 18 months. He also was late for 3 appointments and also when went to buyout truck he indicated that he had sent texts( never received) and since I did not respond he did nit have paperwork ready and even though I was there on-time with my check he claimed he had another appointment. I saw him in his office with no one there. He then came out and said he could then have it done in hour or so if I waited. In my business we have referred many clients to buy cars at london honda. The salesmen came to my office to finalize the next day. We currently have 3 hondas in the family and will all be trading cars in next year or so. I also wanted to buy a new set of tires for the truck through London Honda. Was told to speak to lady about that. She asked if I knew the tire size, I said the ones that came with it..she said sorry without knowing that she not give me the price. Never offered to have mechanic take a look, so a I will be buying tires from local tire dealer near them. I walked awAy without an estimate. I do appreciate the service advisor Dan and salesman Roy.
