It’s all about money, take your car some where else for qualified service! Please if you don’t want to get Ripped Off By them!!!!!! I’m Danny Nguyen. Don’t know how they get 3 stars rating, forget about all the four or five. Maybe from car sales. I’m complaining about car service there. Came there with all my warning light on, wanted cleared and an oil change. Came out with a bill $2500. With that amount done on the car should be great. Took it home for one hour lights came back on! Called Honda hey guys lights are back on! Famous quote from Honda bring it back and we look at it and get it checked up again. If it’s the same problem we won’t charge you! Ok sound great! Brought it back of course it’s not the same problem it’s a different one your car is old for this age this is all your problems that needs to be fixed. Plus the checking charges again!!!!!! I’m thinking what the xxx you smoking bro another 6grand I can buy a new car. So I choose whatever needs to be fixed to run. But same thing happen. Car is in worse condition before I took it in cost my $5000 already! Manger email me and I email back now he won’t even reply! Think you guys got the memo!!!! Plus in between try to call this guy have fun get in reach. Once you choose what to service in the email then he does the work then calls you back. By the way if you’re not a mechanic STOP telling ppl what they should do! And bring the mechanic work on your car to talk to them. Your lucky I’m not name you out so your can keep your job! Should have ask to see what can back from the service check machine!!!!! Anyways lessons learned they have to pay bills no problem I get it. By the way my LIGHTS are still on plus my car jerks like riding a horse when I go pass 110km Thankyou Honda for the new problem. Have a wonderful day!!!!! More

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. Someone helped us within two minutes of arriving. Jeremy was friendly, knowledgeable, and asked us about all of our preferences for a new vehicle. He knew all of the features to the cars we test drove was not pushy. It genuinely felt like he was trying to find us the best deal. We also worked with Tony. He was extremely helpful, explained a lot of things we didn’t understand in our paperwork, and he went through every process with us even made diagrams on blank pieces of paper to explain some of the things that we had questions on. 10 out of 10 amazing experience!
