Very reluctant to provide information. I asked for a service record and received a one pager with extremely vague descriptions (after purchase was finalized) other Honda dealerships ( west I asked for a service record and received a one pager with extremely vague descriptions (after purchase was finalized) other Honda dealerships ( westgate, Hanover, Goderich, Stratford) all showed me redacted client facing history pages even before final deals but as part of information. Once deal was done came in to London Honda to sign papers and was told „ ok we only have time for the paper signing, we’re busy so we have to hurry”. There was an outstanding recall from June 12th (as declared by Honda Canada) and it was „just found out” the day before original pick up. I had to ask why numbers changed and by how much, without disclosure up front. Did not feel like a priority or even like it was worth their time. More
