There wasn’t a problem when I purchased my car, it started when I used the service department. There were issues each time I went for service. The first time, when changing the tires, they marked my c started when I used the service department. There were issues each time I went for service. The first time, when changing the tires, they marked my car. Then Matt in service said I did it. Then it was in for an oil change. I was told I needed something that wasn’t actually needed due to my mileage. Then, the most recent time I went to change the tires and I was told I would need an alignment too. Just an upsell for sure, and more money. I left 3 messages for the service manager and never heard from him. I will not return to London Honda for any service unless it’s under warranty. I just can’t trust them anymore. If you can’t trust the service department it says a lot. It’s really disappointing since I was really happy with Chris Boyd my salesman. More
