We truly regret that Mr. and Mrs. Miners are unhappy with their experience at Airport Hyundai. It is always our goal to satisfy our clients. However, the facts are: 1. The brake pads and rotors that were equipped on the vehicle were not installed at our dealership. As per the information provided by the customer; they were aftermarket parts installed by a family member. 2.. During routine brake service (lubrication of moving components), we found significant problems and damage caused by improper installation. 3. We replaced the brake rotors and other damaged brake components free of charge and explained the conditions to Mrs. Miners at length. 4. We provided the Miners with a loaner vehicle free of charge while the repairs were being made. We made our absolute best efforts to please them as we always do.
