I browsed the new cars and was actually spoken to, I was given coffee, asked about my previous cars, etc... it was like I was talking to an old friend. And that's exactly what you get at Lockwood, no pressure friendly assistance from a customer advocate - not sales. Between Kelly Culver and Trent Flack the GM I felt like I was among old friends. Every step taken was very transparent, knowledgeable and fair. If I didn't like something, well they went above and beyond to make me happy again.
