Used Vehicle Purchase I called Lockwood Kia and spoke with Mike Cerrone in sales who had just arrived....what luck and here's why! My husband had been in a terrible accid I called Lockwood Kia and spoke with Mike Cerrone in sales who had just arrived....what luck and here's why! My husband had been in a terrible accident heading into work prior to Christmas. Our vehicle was broad sided, then written off by our insurance. The search for a car, that was as well looked after as ours, became a chore until speaking with Mike Cerrone. We had found a used vehicle located on their lot through Kijiji. Assuring me that this vehicle was immaculate, Mike first shot a video to show all aspects of this car's body.... but the next was the best....through conversation, found out that Mike also lived 5 min from us (an hour or so from Oakville!!) and offered to speak with his manager about himself bringing this car home that very night. The rest is history except Mike also provided the transportation to get from our home to the dealership a couple days later to pick up our new car.....wonderful! Mike also knows his Italian meats....I wish I could pronounce their names as well!! We will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family....the extra efforts in putting this car in our driveway will always be appreciated.... right down to both a friendly greeting and a morning coffee from Alex at reception. Received a call from Charles offering an early end to my lease and out the door with a comparable vehicle at the same lease rate...stopped him 2 sente Received a call from Charles offering an early end to my lease and out the door with a comparable vehicle at the same lease rate...stopped him 2 sentences in saying I had heard this before from Leggat Kia and it was a complete joke. Their comparable lease rate was $250.00 more than I was currently paying. Charles said he would look into it and call me back.....true to his word he did call and 7 days later I drove off with a brand new 2015 Sorento EX V6 for basically the same rate I was paying for the 2011 Sorento. When I took my wife in to seal the deal they were both very attentive to her, answered all her questions and agreed whole heartedly with her colour choice...good move guys. Nav and Charles were straight with me and came through with what they offered, they were a pleasure to work with, so if you are looking for some guys to deal with that don't include BS in the sales tactics go over to Lockwood KIA Al More

Very happy with the entire experience! We were just passing by to check out some used cars, and ended up buying a new 2015 Kia Optima Turbo from Lockwood Kia! As recent immigrants to Canada We were just passing by to check out some used cars, and ended up buying a new 2015 Kia Optima Turbo from Lockwood Kia! As recent immigrants to Canada, we were finding it extremely difficult to have loans approved to buy new cars. We felt resigned to buy a cheap used car as we figured we'd have to make a cash purchase. Then we met Jack here. He assured he'd have our car loan approved and then patiently spent time explaining the various options available. We went on a couple of test drives, and we decided on the Kia Optima Turbo. As promised, he (alongwith other fine folks there - Trent, Nav) got our loan approved, and we drove away in a brand new car next week (they didn't have the color we wanted and had to bring it in from another dealership). We are also especially thankful to the nice lady who kept our little girl entertained while we were there. A big thanks to Lockwood Kia! More

The staff here is very upfront about all details and I did not feel pushed into closing a deal - something which I greatly appreciated. great, infomative, friendly service I recently traded in my 2011 Soul Kia for a 2015 Soul. I was in for an oil change and saw the new models. While there we started talking with one of I recently traded in my 2011 Soul Kia for a 2015 Soul. I was in for an oil change and saw the new models. While there we started talking with one of your sales reps - Mike Cellone. He told us about the new models and what he thought we could get for my 2011. He was very personable and not pushy as far as trying to do a trade in, but gave us some information and we left. We took about a week before making a decision and finally called Mike and went in. We spoke with him again and had the new Mustard yellow Kia within a couple of days. Mike gave us a few perks. I believe Mike is the reason we went back and decided to do the trade in. I have been telling friends about my experience and especially about Mike, so I'm sure he will be getting more business, as we thought him to be a friendly, honest, knowledgeably sales person.
