Ms. Clingan, Thank you very much for sharing your review with us. While we are not proud of the score, we appreciate the feedback as it helps us grow individually and as a dealership. As you alluded to in your review, yes, when it comes to certain factory recalls the dealership must inspect the vehicle first, and then order the required "vin-specific" parts (specific to that vehicles identification number) to complete the repair. We would love to be able to order parts for these recalls in bulk and have them on the shelf should a vehicle fail an inspection, but at the present moment, this is the process and we have to manage our customers expectations around it. As far as the bolt that was not secured, there is no excuse for letting a vehicle out of our shop not all buttoned up. Your comments will be shared with the entire team and we will work to ensure that never happens again. We are human and we make mistakes, but it's important to know when and where we fall short so we can accept responsibility and implement the changes necessary to ensure it never happens again.
