Total s***t -show! Run, don’t walk away. They don’t do all-in pricing and will add 3 to 4 grand to your invoice for even a base model vehicle. $700 admin fee for doing Run, don’t walk away. They don’t do all-in pricing and will add 3 to 4 grand to your invoice for even a base model vehicle. $700 admin fee for doing nothing, $115 for wheel nuts,$1100 for a useless care package, $531 for a useless windshield theft sticker, then they try to add $1500 for a set of winter tires that you can buy local for $875. Try to decline the crap and they will refuse. They never called me back with a trade in price but i can only imagine the lowball on that as well. More

I have a Kia Optima and the motor ceased about a year ago. I had a very difficult time trying to get Kia to cover this as most people know this is an issue.
