Bad treatment for service appointment. We work shifts so made the appoint a month in advance. Took time off work to go to the appointment and got there 15 minutes early. Service lady said it's goona be longer because they are backed up. We asked, politely, why we did not get a call, so we could adjust our time. She said rudely, we don't call people. We said we don't have a lot of time to play with so that's why we did this ahead of time and if you called us we could work with you. She repeated, rudely, we'll get to you when we get to you. Now why would we want to go back and why should we pay good money to be treated with such poor customer service. Suggestion: retrain for excellence in customer service.
