The people are crooks...they treted me like a pice of garbage once the truck was signed..sold me a bogus warranty....I cancelled it...then realized a year later that they actually didn't cancel it....so I'm on the hook for 5000.00...absolutely dispicable...cindy and Josh Baxter are not to be trusted...

"Not to be trusted - Women beware"

Have had to deal with our car myself after my husbands stroke. Three times I took my car in for repairs and 3 times it was not done properly. The last repair was a disaster. It cost $2200 and after driving to our vacation destination leaked oil all over the engine which I was told could have caught fire. On our way home , the original reason I took it in for. which they said did not need to be done. the car broke down and cost us 2 days of hotels waiting for the repair. I asked to be compensated for all our expenses. I was offered an amount I did not feel was enough. I then spoke to the owner to argue my case. He assumed I was no longer a loyal GMC customer and how dare I ask for what I felt was fair. I was then rudely told "Why would I give you anything". Would he have said that if I was a man? I don t think so. It was one of the worst experiences in my life.

"Stay away from the service department."

I found the quality of work done by the mechanics despicable. We had to take our vehicle in to this dealership because of a part needed that our mechanic could not put on. After spending over $2000 to fix it, it had to be taken in again because they did something to the brakes while fixing the other problem. A month later it had to go back in because the problem was not fixed. I received a new repair list which quoted me a hair of $3000 to fix it. I took the list to my mechanic who ended up fixing our van by doing less than half of what was on the list and it only costing us $900!! Now 5 months later I had many of my sensor lights on my dash go off stating that there was a problem of sorts with what ended up to be brake related. I took it to my mechanic which told me a had a brake line leak. He started to repair it today but while he was taking it off discovered that a new ABS part that was put on my Lindsay Buick was put on WRONG and had caused this. It had to get towed from my mechanics to Lindsay to get fixed. I am not impressed with this dealership at all. The mechanics are not capable to assessing what is wrong with vehicles nor are they capable of putting on a part properly. The pricing speaks for itself. This on a vehicle that is not that old. Nor that I am speaking out about this dealership I have heard other horror stories. I would have to say that the initial person I dealt with Adam, who no longer works there was pleasant and good to deal with. After that, no. There was no offer what so ever to even bring the price down of the second quote after realizing that they did not fix it the first time it went in. Not impressed.
