Unbelievable! I'm a 20 year old college student and I came to Ford Lincoln Heights to just look around for cars and my experience was amazing. First, as a young I'm a 20 year old college student and I came to Ford Lincoln Heights to just look around for cars and my experience was amazing. First, as a younger buyer, I don't have money but I have a good credit and a part time job. I met Moe Issa, the best dealer I've ever met. He gave me the best deal based on my car preferences with ZERO down payment. The car, 2013 Focus SE Hatchback Titanium with 50000km was initially priced at $15k with no winter tires. We made a deal at $14k and I was happy with the price. After the deal, I got all of these unexpected FREE STUFFs: 3 month premium maintenance, complete set of winter tires WITH RIMS, a brand new low profile summer tires. I also got an unexpected $1200 price change. To sum it all up, I probably saved at least $3000! I basically walked into the building, picked a car that i want and came out with $3000! If I didn't get these FREE things and excellent services, I wouldn't write a review. More

Denis was also very helpful, letting both myself and my boyfriend test drive the exact car I ended up purchasing, and was patient with my lack of experience with a manual transmission. The only reason price is rated 4 is that the added dealer fees and admin fees were not clearly disclosed at the beginning of the process. The price I paid in the end was extremely reasonable, and I'm very happy overall. More

First time Ford customer I was referred to this dealership from another one as they didn't have the model I wanted. Although originally I was looking for a basic peppy model, I was referred to this dealership from another one as they didn't have the model I wanted. Although originally I was looking for a basic peppy model, I ended up purchasing a Focus Platinum and I have absolutely no regrets. The car is peppy and has all the bells and whistles I could every want. From the manager on down, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful -- such a pleasant difference from any other car dealership I have dealt with. As my car is new, I have yet to experience the service department staff but I am certain there will be no disappointment there!! More

Upon arrival Moe had a vehicle with all the specs I had outlined on the phone and online ready for viewing. His knowledge of the vehicle and its' specifications reassured me of all insecurities about the purchase. Moe took the time to negotiate in my best interest and answer all my questions.
