The only reason price is rated 4 is that the added dealer fees and admin fees were not clearly disclosed at the beginning of the process. The price I paid in the end was extremely reasonable, and I'm very happy overall. More

First time Ford customer I was referred to this dealership from another one as they didn't have the model I wanted. Although originally I was looking for a basic peppy model, I was referred to this dealership from another one as they didn't have the model I wanted. Although originally I was looking for a basic peppy model, I ended up purchasing a Focus Platinum and I have absolutely no regrets. The car is peppy and has all the bells and whistles I could every want. From the manager on down, the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful -- such a pleasant difference from any other car dealership I have dealt with. As my car is new, I have yet to experience the service department staff but I am certain there will be no disappointment there!! More
