Very good experience. When I booked my car in for service I dealt with Jessica. She addressed me by name when I arrived and was very friendly to deal with. She reviewed the work order with me and told me how much the cost would be for my service. The next morning she called to inform me that my car was completed and I could pick it up any time through out the day. When I arrived at 4:15 pm to pick it up she again addressed me by name and had the car up front and ready to go. She went over the work order with me and explained every thing that was done to my car. Jessica has a very up beat personality is very easy to talk to which made my experiance at Lexus South Point a pleasant experience. More
