First maintenance service better than expected I brought my 2014 IS250 in for it's first service on Feb 24th. I've had it since October & absolutely love it. I live in Brampton but brought my car all the way to Scarborough for service because of the way this phenomenal & professional team conducts itself. The service took roughly 2.5 hours & I was also set up with an ES350 as a loaner vehicle. Really appreciative of the way Lexus on the park treats it's clients. Thanks Arthur Marcelino More

Excellent customer service provided by Yin Chan Feb 26, 2015. Called a few time from Montreal and was no too thrilled with the first agent. The dealership had some interesting inventory so another follow up and Vince was helpful. Since Vince was away I was directed to Mr Yin Chan and with youthful exuberance and a dedication to his craft he provided me with excellent advise on the cars that I was looking at. His selling skills are amazing, his attention to detail and willingness to help facilitate a sale for his company struck me as great positives. I will make the trip to Lexus on the Park in Toronto to view and hopefully buy a vehicle that we reviewed and thanks to Yin Chan and Vince. More

Abid took a refreshing approach by being both candid and honest with his recommendations allowing me to make informed decisions on my vehicle. I highly reccomend working with Abid and his team as you will find something that is very rare in the marketplace - an honest mechanic. More

That said - I have 2 new Lexus cars that are under warranties, so it has only been tire changes and oil service, but so far so good. On the sales side I dealt with Christine. She was very good. She let me try various models, answered any questions I had, and then when I had decided on the car I wanted, she got the deal done with a reasonable discount. The whole process of buying a car took 1 week from walking in, to actual delivery. That's quick. Thank you Christine. Josie is also knowledgeable and helpful on the delivery side when going through the car's features. So all in all it was a good experience. One general comment about Lexus that holds for all dealerships in their stable is that when you sign a deal to buy a car, they then try and sell you lots of extras which is time consuming and annoying. All of that should be mentioned beforehand not after. More

He also worked to keep the price in hand as was evident in the value of our trade-in. He was as happy as we were when it all came together and made us feel like we had purchased a fabulous car. From life experiences with car sales staff, I would put Mark in the superb class. And for Josie, what a joyful person to introduce the many features of the Lexus. She does not overwhelm but gets one thru the basics and makes it very clear not to be shy about calling for her help should one encounter further items that are not readily evident. In addition, a very nice sense of humour The Finance section was unpleasant. We were made to feel that we had to purchase all the extras or the car would never stand up to ordinary driving conditions. They showed no enthusiasm for the Lexus and took the fun out of the experience. More

The next morning, even though I released the emergency brake, it would not disengage. The rear passenger side tire was jammed. The backup sensors started beeping. I emailed my sales rep Ben and he replied right away saying to contact Lexus road side assistance and have the vehicle towed to their location and he would look into it. I did as he advised. The entire experience was very smooth without any hassles. Initially a flat-bed truck arrived at my house, but since the wheel was jammed, he suggested having a truck with lift and dolly’s to be sent. I then received a call from Marlon who said he has the car there, asked about the problem, and said it may be just that, I washed the car and it was very cold outside ( car parked on the driveway) which may have caused freezing, which resulted in the frozen wheel and sensors. He advised me up front that there would be a minimum charge for diagnostics even if there was nothing to be repaired (which I was not too happy about since I picked the car from the dealership about a month ago, we live in a cold country, so I believe this should be treated as a design defect). I appreciated the fact that Marlon told me upfront and it did not come as a surprise. When I went to pick my car, it was working just fine. I was not too happy paying the amount, but then that, I understand is a Lexus policy. The people I dealt with especially Ben was amazing. I will surely go back to this location to service my car even though I live in Mississauga and this location is about 50Km from my house. More

I knew they weren't as warm as other cars I have owned, The Lexus Service rep I had seen at another Dealership told me that the seat warmers were working fine, and that they were even too hot for him to sit in! At Lexus on the Park, Greg M. informed me that a few people had reported this problem. After examination, he explained that they were as warm as the factory had designed, but that Lexus Japan is now looking for a way to improve the feature. I greatly appreciated the time he took to explain the problem. More
