Oil change letdown As usual the service was great. Even the car wash was outstanding. Very pleasant experience This review is based on our experience in buying an RX350 in Feb 2015, and involves 3 trips at different times. We had a 2005 RX330 and so were quite This review is based on our experience in buying an RX350 in Feb 2015, and involves 3 trips at different times. We had a 2005 RX330 and so were quite familiar with the product. We started our quest in late 2013 and dealt with Lazar Lazarovski a couple of times over the next year. He was very knowledgeable about the car and gave us a thorough introduction to the car. We were not quite sure we were ready to make the switch at that time. We went back in Feb 2015. Lazar had moved on to the Finance department, and we were introduced to Tom Homewood. We were pleasantly taken with Tom's knowledge about his product and his enthusiasm for his profession. He didn't have to sell us the product; we were quite familiar with it. We went through the usual back and forth discussions about the price and the trade-in value, and in the end came to what we believe was a number we could both live with. We were then introduced to Anthony Trasmundi, who then did all the final paperwork. While Anthony was very professional during the entire process, we felt that he could have softened his approach to sell us the various add-on packages and warranties. During this session, we spoke briefly with Trevor Armstrong, presently the Sales Manager at the dealership. I reminded him that we had met 10 years ago at Scarborough Lexus when I was buying my previous RX330. Small world! The pick-up was scheduled for the following week, and we met Josie Allen. Her job was to spend time familiarizing us with the car. Unfortunately her time with us was cut short because of time again spent with Anthony finalizing paperwork. This session is an absolute necessity, without which the various bells, whistles, lights, and ding-dongs would have remained a mystery for much longer. Josie has a great sense of humour, and made learning about the car a pleasant experience. She invited us to schedule repeat sessions with her to learn more about the car. I am sure we will need a refresher session with her to learn how to deal with Silicone Sally from the Navigation cubbyhole We are very pleased with our car. We knew we would be. What is more important is that we are very pleased with the way we were treated by the dealership. We left feeling good about the entire experience, and would highly recommend Lexus On The Park, and Tom, Anthony, Josie, and Trevor.
