I previously had a 2011 Lexus IS so I came to the dealership in November thinking I may move on from Lexus and buy either Mercedes, or BMW. However after meeting with Lazar Lazarovski I changed my mind. What a guy, and it was a pleasure to work with Lazar through this entire process. He made it easy, put me at ease, worked out the finance perfectly and I am now a very loyal customer of Lexus on the Park for a second time. He is the reason I did not move on to another brand, it was because of Lazar. As well one final person is Joise Allen a great lady that showed us around our new car. She was pleasant and patience and truly capped off a great day at Lexus on the Park. More

David Lee was not only courteous but exceedingly warm from the moment I walked in with my family at the dealership. David took us for a test drive in both ES 350 and ES 300h and patiently explained the difference between the two cars with its optional packages for each. David’s professionalism and understanding regarding the importance of our investment made a huge impact to us. To my astonishment, Alistair Baxter, the General Manager, from whom I had bought my 2000 Camry XLE over 14 years ago when he was a sales associate, happened to recognize me across the room which sealed the deal for me as here was someone I not only trusted (especially with a car that I had driven 455,000 kilometres) but also his experience and the time and effort he spent in assisting us with finalizing the decision. Josie, the delivery Specialist, was also very pleasant and considerate as she patiently provided detailed explanation regarding the various features of the car. My overall experience and dealings I have had at Lexus on the Park to date has been truly amazing and I would highly recommend the dealership and service provided to anyone who might be considering purchasing a vehicle there. Excellent service I purchased my used 2009 Lexus LS460 from Lexus on the Park and have come here frequently for my servicing needs. The service department here is excel I purchased my used 2009 Lexus LS460 from Lexus on the Park and have come here frequently for my servicing needs. The service department here is excellent and know their job. Once in the past I had a problem (grinding bump noise from rear car when going over any bumps). I went to a different Lexus dealership and they supposedly repaired the problem. After charging me over 1000 dollars, I noticed the problem was not fixed at all. I then came to Lexus on the Park and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Overall every time I have come to Lexus on the Park for my service department, I have been very happy. The dealership itself is very nice and it is a pleasure to walk around looking at the newer models while waiting. The last time I was here the service took over 3 hours and they provided me with a loaner vehicle (LS ES350) for my use while waiting. It was a great pleasure. More

waited for long time I took my appointment through the phone a month ago and they told me when I get there they will give me a rental car while my car is in the service. When I got there I gave them my car then they told me there is no car available right now so I have to take a Toyota Corolla instead of Lexus ES as we discussed. I did not like the idea so I refused and they mad me wait for a long time. Then finally they gave me a luxse and it was not clean but I had to take it since I have some classes that I need to attend. More
