Everyone at the dealership (in specific: sales, service and finance employees) worked in collaboration, to make my visits pleasant, comfortable, informative and effective. My experience could be described as being "custom built for me"; I really got the feeling that each of these individuals cared about my needs and did their best to not only meet them but to surpass them, with some nice surprises thrown in as well. I would recommend LOTP without a single hesitation to any customer wanting to purchase a Lexus and I know.. I'll be back for sure for future purchases. Service: exceeding a customer's needs As a long-time Lexus owner, I've learned to expect quality service. My most recent service visit exceeded even my own these expectations. I came in late in the evening, with a nail puncturing my tire. I was greeted promptly, the car was taken to be looked at, and soon enough Warren Luongreturned with the report that the tire was too damaged to repair. He suggested replacement. Though I thought I thought I had bumper-to-bumper warranty (I had it in the three previous cars), I discovered that was not covered for tire punctures. On his own initiative, Warren undertook to contact the service manager Abid Jivi and explain my situation. Abed made an quick decision to replace the tire ... at no charge. I left within the hour. Naturally, I was glad to be driving on safe tires once again. But I was feeling especially glad to discover that I enjoy a positive relationship with the service team at Lexus on the Park. For me, that is a very compelling reason to come back there again, and again. More
