From the minute I walked into the dealership until the day I drove my first Lexus off of the lot, my experience with this dealership was exceptional. I have bought and sold my share of cars over the years. Unlike many other experiences I had in the past with other dealers, I experienced patient, knowledgeable, EXTREMELY hardworking and genuinely friendly people at Lexus on the Park. My sales person (Tom Homewood) was extremely was very knowledgeable, and dedicated to finding me the right car for myself. He listened very well and genuinely seemed interested in satisfying everything I was looking for. He followed up consistently with friendly emails and telephone calls. Anthony and Lazar were very good in taking me through the paperwork and warranty/extra options phase after I had decided on my vehicle. Josie was exceptional as a Delivery Specialist, spending all the time I wanted in explaining the numerous features on my vehicle. Everyone worked very well together in making sure the experience was first rate. More
The service quality needs to be improved I have recently visited this dealer for a scheduled repair work just after a big snowing. 1. I actually waited for almost 3 hrs for the less than 2 I have recently visited this dealer for a scheduled repair work just after a big snowing. 1. I actually waited for almost 3 hrs for the less than 2 hrs work. 2. I was told after 2 hr that my car is under washing and will be coming out soon. After another 1hr, I was told my car is ready and it is parking outside. But apparently it is Not washed at all. Please keep the promise to customers. 3. I have purposely taken out my driver matt after parking it outside the office. So it is pretty clean and dry on the drive side floor. Thought they would put a plastic cover on driver side before driving it to prevent dust in, the same as at another Lexus. But when I picked my car, I found that the drive side is wet and with dirty snow on the floor. Why not using plastic cover and just step in with dirty snow? These are small things but make me unhappy. Still there are some improvements needed for Lexus. More

The welcome that was not. I have been a long time customer at your Toyota part of your dealership. My experience there has always been great. From the prompt reception to the friendliness that one feels from the smiles on the Toyota employees. The competently and calmly explain the work to be performed on that day guide you towards the waiting area which is comfortable upstairs. I was actually looking forward for my first experience at the lexus end of the operation and perhaps expecting it to be even better. The reception at sevice was cold and unwelcoming, the staff that I encountered were anxiety ridden, and was told to wait and sit on a small leather chair while waiting to be served. I felt as if I was outside the principalals's office at school. The information that I received initially and what I was told when I sat down with the service rep. Was in consistent and very unprofessional. Back to my small leather chair by reception, while I waited for my shuttle ride home. What surprise when I was greeted by a small car instead of the mini van that is much more comfortable. What else can I say, as an owner of an BMW M3 and Parkview customer I expected more. More
