Excellent service I purchased my used 2009 Lexus LS460 from Lexus on the Park and have come here frequently for my servicing needs. The service department here is excel I purchased my used 2009 Lexus LS460 from Lexus on the Park and have come here frequently for my servicing needs. The service department here is excellent and know their job. Once in the past I had a problem (grinding bump noise from rear car when going over any bumps). I went to a different Lexus dealership and they supposedly repaired the problem. After charging me over 1000 dollars, I noticed the problem was not fixed at all. I then came to Lexus on the Park and they correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Overall every time I have come to Lexus on the Park for my service department, I have been very happy. The dealership itself is very nice and it is a pleasure to walk around looking at the newer models while waiting. The last time I was here the service took over 3 hours and they provided me with a loaner vehicle (LS ES350) for my use while waiting. It was a great pleasure. More

waited for long time I took my appointment through the phone a month ago and they told me when I get there they will give me a rental car while my car is in the service. When I got there I gave them my car then they told me there is no car available right now so I have to take a Toyota Corolla instead of Lexus ES as we discussed. I did not like the idea so I refused and they mad me wait for a long time. Then finally they gave me a luxse and it was not clean but I had to take it since I have some classes that I need to attend. Oil change letdown As usual the service was great. Even the car wash was outstanding.
