I have not experienced this kind of service ever in the past from any other car dealership! We were in the market for new vehicles but had not fully made a decision to purchase the Lexus brand. Our sales person David Lee was the most impressive car sales person I have ever had the pleasure to meet and deal with. We were immediately made to feel that we were valued customers and in this day and age that is the epitome of customer service. David was engaging, accommodating, gracious and was a gentleman. In my opinion this speaks volumes of the man as a person. The other great experience I personally had was with the Anthony Trasmundi from the Finance department. He explained the financial aspect of my transaction to purchasing my new vehicle very clearly and answered all of my questions with great patience. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any time during the transaction. He was also pleasant, friendly and engaged. These qualities are paramount in a valuable customer service experience. I am delighted beyond belief at my experience at Lexus of the Park and I strongly suggest to anyone wanting to purchase a new vehicle to walk into this dealership and experience first hand what my husband and I did.
