From the minute we encountered Benjamin we experienced a person who took the time to listen and determine what exactly we were looking for. He is knowledgeable about the Lexus vehicles but most of all he did not try to be deceitful and sell us something we did not want. The task of buying a new car is very challenging but Benjamin made it very easy for us to decide. Benjamin has integrity, honesty, trustworthy. I called several times and he was pleasant everytime. He followed through on his promises ans returned calls in a timely manner. He loves his job and it shined through brightly in his interaction with us. Benjamin has has gone beyond to make sure we got the car we liked. The date to pick up my car Benjamin was starting at a later time but he came in to make sure everything was done for us. In April 2015, Mark stated he would contact us when the 2016 cars arrived. He did that as well as following through on all other commitments made during the sale. Josie Allen, a pleasant lady, was very helpful in showing new and reviewing same features of the instrument panel. Alistair Baxter, whom we met in 2003, is the reason we continue to return. His leadership, work ethic, and ability to instil 'pride in a job well done'in others makes the dealership a pleasant rewarding experience. More

Thus, you want the salesperson to not only be very knowledgeable about the product, be responsive, by replying in a timely fashion and someone with whom you feel you can build trust/have faith in. Mark Easton, fits that bill! (has 26 yrs. of experience w. this dealership). Josie Allen too, is phenomenal - a real professional- in guiding the cust. thru navi system, voice command and all of the various buttons and gizmos one needs to learn. Andrew, in Service dept. also deserves a lot of credit for being extremely courteous, patient and service-oriented! The dealership is good at answering phone lines, it seems...hope so! One minor note: the dealership would be wise to re-consider coffee choice. After all, they're selling a luxury prod. (competing w. BMW, Mercedes etc.) and so shd. have more premium coffee brand (eg. Nespresso, Starbucks or other). More

Over the past two decades we have visited the Lexus on the Park team for the full range of auto services so when it came time for me to buy my first car I knew I could trust them to treat me well. Alistair and his team took the time to find me the *right* vehicle and to walk me through all the details of the purchase. Mark and Anthony helped me get through the necessary paperwork (easy) and Josie patiently explained the features of the car before letting me go. Buying a car, like making any major purchase, can be a stressful process. But today I drove away from the LOTP dealership, smiling in my first real car. The delivery of our RX350, the first our car in Canada, helped by Josie Allen is so great and helpful to understand the performance of the car. Josie is so professional to present , willing to help us and patient, is much beyond our expectation and imagination. We never experienced this in anywhere else in the world. More importantly, Josie and Warren ( shop foreman) who is asked by Josie to help us on the baby harness booster, find our current booster is not a proper one, guide us to go Toys Rs to buy a more safe one. Thanks Josie and Warrant, otherwise we may never realize this, and it is big safety risk to our kid even we had a safe RX350.
