Benjamin is the person at Lexus who still embodies this ethos in his customer relationships. After buying a LS 460 from him last October, I recently purchased a Lexus ES 350 from him. The car buying experience was exemplary and to the usual high standards which have made Benjamin famous. He continues to be exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous in his approach and took the time to understand my needs. He arranged to let me thoroughly inspect the car on a hoist – something no other sales person would ever do. He knows his product and will stand by it through any test the customer wants. In the first instance , I was fortunate to be able to speak with Josie Allen by chance and she not only answered questions I had but patiently explained some features I was unaware of. Josie is the same person who originally oriented me when I bought this car. She is a superb instructor. In regard to the second visit, unscheduled, I was met within a short time after my arrival by Zach who made an unhappy reason for my visit, at least more comfortable by his efficient handling of the matter. Legendary Experience! I visited Lexus On The Park with my dad to check out the new IS-350 that we saw on their website, and we were looking to trade in our RX-350. Homewood who is a Remarkable Lexus Consultant, he took the time to understand our needs and was very honest in guiding us about how we can make the deal happen. Tom really went above and beyond our expectations in making the deal happen within our budget! And got us the best trade in value! The sales manager John De Sousa was extremely personable. We then meet Lazar Lazarovski the financial services manager who was also extremely helpful and very patient in getting us the right financial packages that satisfied our needs, did not push us in any way and even made us coffee!, also Amy Yang was helpful when taking delivery of our car.
