professional service all around I had visited three other Lexus dealerships in search of buying a newer Lexus sedan (to replace my wonderful, but much older, Lexus LS 340). Hands dow I had visited three other Lexus dealerships in search of buying a newer Lexus sedan (to replace my wonderful, but much older, Lexus LS 340). Hands down, Benjamin was much more knowledgeable and patient in showing us the many attributes of the newer GS360 than we had experienced elsewhere. Additionally, this dealership went out of its way to make sure every aspect of the car on delivery was up to standard and beyond ! As well, the dealership made sure I understood the many, and somewhat complex technical features of this particular model. Benjamin gave us a little view of what to expect and then the dealership brought in Christine ( a delivery specialist ) to go over the tech features in detail. She was smart, efficient and friendly. Yin was highly recommanded and referred from my previous sales consultant (Vincent Wong) at Lexus Richmond Hill, I called and went back to Lexus Yin was highly recommanded and referred from my previous sales consultant (Vincent Wong) at Lexus Richmond Hill, I called and went back to Lexus Richmond Hill few time to deal with a sales person name Robby, but he never follow up with me of anything, I get so fed up and was decide to go for Mecedez-Benz ML350, but after I called my previous Sales (Vincent) he recommanded Yin, I wasn't too sure in the beginning, until I started to deal with him, and he is very professional, patient and experience with his job. myself been an sales Manager for 10 years and now having my own business, I feel very comfortable dealing with Yin. Exceptional Customer Service Cedric was the first one we got help online from first and he was very friendly, honest and customer focused. When we decided to go to the dealership Cedric was the first one we got help online from first and he was very friendly, honest and customer focused. When we decided to go to the dealership he welcomed us with a big smile and he was very kind. He explained the next steps and introduced us to Steven Shao who took care of us for the next 2-3 hours. He was also very friendly and knowledgable and most importantly patient with us. We weren't planning buy a car that day but the very good service at the dealership had a big impact on our decision and we ended up buying our new car. We are very happy with the whole process and our new car. Thank you again!!! More

I live some distance from dealership and Cedric did everything he could to satisfy all my requests and inquiries. He was very prompt with his replies , honest and sincere in presentation. On several occasions he went what I would believe to be beyond the call of duty. Prior to this purchase I had spoken to several sales reps from several dealerships and in hind sight it would be fair to say that it was Cedrics enthusiasm, professionalism and honestly that sealed this deal. Speaking to him over the phone you could sense his sincerity and keenness to please. Then once we met in person he once again demonstrated his enthusiasm, willingness to provide answers and accommodate any necessary requests. I feel Cedric has a great future in this business and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest sincere energetic sales person. Someone willing to put in the time and effort to make your purchase a gratifying and pleasant experience. More

The 2016 RX 350 with the Executive package is awesome. When I went to pick up the car Thomas made sure it was ready and well cleaned. Christine Nam who explained how to use the car due to all the new gadgets was AWESOME as well. She answered all my questions and was honest about the questions that she could not answer. When I left that day I felt confident that I understood my car very well and was very happy with the experience. Because of the excellent service that I have received from Thomas Homewood, Christine Nam, and Brian Mitchell (BEST Service Adviser Ever) it has made me a loyal and very happy member of the Lexus on the Park family. We worked with John De Sousa and Farzhad. They were very knowledgeable and gave us ample opportunity to test drive the cars/ask questions about which vehicle would appropriately suit our needs. Friendly staff always ensured our questions were answered, they were quick to respond to emails. Overall great experience in purchasing our first Lexus - WAAAAAAY better than Don Valley North (seriously don't go there). More
