Hands down, Benjamin was much more knowledgeable and patient in showing us the many attributes of the newer GS360 than we had experienced elsewhere. Additionally, this dealership went out of its way to make sure every aspect of the car on delivery was up to standard and beyond ! As well, the dealership made sure I understood the many, and somewhat complex technical features of this particular model. Benjamin gave us a little view of what to expect and then the dealership brought in Christine ( a delivery specialist ) to go over the tech features in detail. She was smart, efficient and friendly. When we decided to go to the dealership Cedric was the first one we got help online from first and he was very friendly, honest and customer focused. When we decided to go to the dealership he welcomed us with a big smile and he was very kind. He explained the next steps and introduced us to Steven Shao who took care of us for the next 2-3 hours. He was also very friendly and knowledgable and most importantly patient with us. We weren't planning buy a car that day but the very good service at the dealership had a big impact on our decision and we ended up buying our new car. The 2016 RX 350 with the Executive package is awesome. When I went to pick up the car Thomas made sure it was ready and well cleaned. Christine Nam who explained how to use the car due to all the new gadgets was AWESOME as well. She answered all my questions and was honest about the questions that she could not answer. When I left that day I felt confident that I understood my car very well and was very happy with the experience.
