I had the pleasure of working with Stephen De Silva in purchasing my beautiful new 2015 RX350. He worked his magic and got the price down to something I could afford. He didn't want me to walk away unhappy and he definitely delivered. Anthony Trasmundi also did a great job explaining all the financials to me and Josie Allen was amazing in helping me personalize my vehicle so that it's even more fun to drive. All around great service from everyone I dealt with at Lexus on the Park. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Lexus. More

He is a pro, knows his cars and is great to deal with. Larry Danziger helped me on two occasions for this Lexus and has the same wonder capabilities as Haskell. Josie showed me how the car works, is knowledgeable and charming. Fortunately for me, she has made herself available for re-explaining some instructions that I have forgotten. Cheap.. We were at Lexus on the park just the other day to get our car serviced and tire change. After the brake pad and rotor change the total bill came out We were at Lexus on the park just the other day to get our car serviced and tire change. After the brake pad and rotor change the total bill came out just over $950 which was totally fine but what really bothered me was that the fact that they gave us a Toyota Corolla as a loaner instead of Lexus just because we did not purchase our Lexus at this location, even with $950 service bill... And the service rep emphasized so much that the loaner was on the house that it wasn't even funny.. I know that you want to save money and all but don't make it so hard for me to give my money to you! If anything your dealership should go extra miles for new customers so they can stay with your location for future purchases and services, it's a simple marketing logic. Our experience at Lexus on the Park was just so poor compared to our other Lexus dealership expectations. More

My sales consultant, Yin Chan, was professional, knowledgeable and always patient; even after going back and forth with questions, I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend Yin –he made sure I was informed and comfortable before making any decisions. Also with Josie Allen’s help on showing me the different features and set up of the car, the information was invaluable; it built my confidence and made it that much easier to getting use to a new vehicle. From the first test drive, to signing of papers, and then picking up of my new car: I am very happy with my experience at Lexus on the Park and am glad I had Yin and Josie to walk me through it! More

When I wanted to investigate a possible purchase I was assigned to Tom Homewood and he touched all the right buttons that ultimately ended up with me making a purchase. Josie Allen was particularly helpful in acquainting me with the car (CT220 H). She was patient and responsive. No matter how many times she has done this review with a customer, I felt I had her attention and support. More
Terrible experience By far the worst car service experience. Bought a 2020 hs250h in July 2014. Car wasn't ready when promised. When we picked it up, the car was dirty, touch ups as promised weren't done. Went back to get redone and told them there was an issue with the nav system as well. Picked the car back up and nav system still had the issue. Was told to schedule another appointment to fix the nav. I came back and they looked at it and said they weren't sure how to fix it and would contact lexus canada. That was sept 5. Tried to email the sales rep and he doesn't respond. Had to send and call multiple times and he finally answered. He said they still don't know. My patience is running out. More
