My sales consultant, Yin Chan, was professional, knowledgeable and always patient; even after going back and forth with questions, I never felt pressured. I would highly recommend Yin –he made sure I was informed and comfortable before making any decisions. Also with Josie Allen’s help on showing me the different features and set up of the car, the information was invaluable; it built my confidence and made it that much easier to getting use to a new vehicle. From the first test drive, to signing of papers, and then picking up of my new car: I am very happy with my experience at Lexus on the Park and am glad I had Yin and Josie to walk me through it! More

Josie Allen was particularly helpful in acquainting me with the car (CT220 H). She was patient and responsive. A Great Experience - Soooo Happy! I have had a Lexus for 14 years and I have loved it. I had thought of replacing it 'eventually' and so when I went in to get my winter tires put on I have had a Lexus for 14 years and I have loved it. I had thought of replacing it 'eventually' and so when I went in to get my winter tires put on I asked to speak to a sales person. Vince Wong helped me out and when we looked at what was available in the lot there it was... a beautiful burgundy HS250 with very low mileage and in excellent shape. I took it for a couple of test drives and Vince, Sean Johnson and Anthony Trasmundi were all very helpful, friendly and provided me with lots of great information. I am thrilled with my purchase and I look forward to the gas savings with the hybrid model. I am very happy to be continuing my relationship with Lexus because the service I have received there for 14 years has been outstanding. On the day I went in to purchase the car, Vince was in training but Sean immediately stepped in and coordinated everything and made it all very seamless for me. It was a pleasure to deal with such a great team. They made it a stress-free and happy experience. Thanks to all!! More
Terrible experience By far the worst car service experience. Bought a 2020 hs250h in July 2014. Car wasn't ready when promised. When we picked it up, the car was dirty, touch ups as promised weren't done. Went back to get redone and told them there was an issue with the nav system as well. Picked the car back up and nav system still had the issue. Was told to schedule another appointment to fix the nav. I came back and they looked at it and said they weren't sure how to fix it and would contact lexus canada. That was sept 5. Tried to email the sales rep and he doesn't respond. Had to send and call multiple times and he finally answered. He said they still don't know. My patience is running out. More
2015 ES-350 We started when I visited the dealership cold, asked to see a Sales Manager, and Trevor Armstrong came out to see me. He listened to me explain that I We started when I visited the dealership cold, asked to see a Sales Manager, and Trevor Armstrong came out to see me. He listened to me explain that I already owned two Lexus cars and that I wanted to trade one in on a 2014 ES-350 demonstrator -- feeling that I would get a good deal, now that the 2015 models were available. He "put me in the hands of" Lazar Lazarovski who showed me a demonstrator, explained its features, and took me for a test drive. After that, Trevor provided me with a first cut at financial picture and I left to talk things over with my wife. I spoke to Marc Lasorsa on referral from a friend of mine and he offered to speak to Trevor Armstrong and ensure that Trevor was aware of all the potential financial opportunities and options that might be available. In speaking to my wife, we also considered thought what a 2015 ES-350 might involve. A few days later, my wife and I came in together to review the situation and see what we might do. In the interim, Lazar Lazarovski was in touch with us in a manner that was both helpful to us and inobtrusively moved the sales process along. While my wife and I were at the dealership and talking to Lazar, we mentioned our possible interest in a 2015 model as his first reaction was (a) we could get the car we wanted from a much wider range of choices and (b) we would get much better value for our money in a 2015 model. That last comment really interested me. After my wife had test driven the demonstrator and liked the ride, we we sat down to review the financials on the 2014 and 2015 models. It was clear that the 2015 model would be a better choice for us and we spoke to Trevor Armstrong at some length to refine the financial deal. We settled on a financial deal that we could afford which included no downpayment and financing over 4 years at 0.5%. We decided to order a car at that time and sat with Anthony Transmundi for another hour to complete the paperwork, add the low end Titan package, and order an extra key. The next day, Lazar phoned us to let us know that they had made a mistake and the exterior-interior colour combination that we had ordered was not actually available. So, we decided on another combination that was available. Lazar called us back shortly thereafter to tell us that there was one such car in the Ontario inventory and they could deliver the car to us in about 10 days. As scheduled, the car was ready for us and we went to pick it up. At that time, Lazar spent about 1 & 1/2 hours with us to take us through the elements and features of the car. However, when we took delivery of the car, the extra key that we had ordered was not available yet. I came back a couple of days later and picked up the extra key. We are very happy with our new 2015 ES-350 and would like to thank Lazar, Trvor, Marc, and Anthony for their assistance in getting us into exactly the right car for us at this time and appreciate all the time and attention that they gave us through the whole process. We're also looking forward to using Lexus on the Park for servicing our Lexus vehicles. More

The windows were spotty, the trunk area of the vehicle was not cleaned and certain areas in the cab area were spotty and dusty. More

Mark was patient with us. I had a lot of questions and he was able to provide us with the details of the vehicle we were contemplating buying and other models and differences between them. In the end we told him what we were looking for and he was able to recommend the perfect vehicle. It was the first dealership we stopped and when we left that first day, we already had a good feeling. We wanted to do another test drive on our second visit and Mark was able to accommodate us. At the time of finalizing the deal, Mark was able to get some great deals and gifts for us on the night we drove away in our new Lexus RX 350. Our experience with Mark was quite pleasant. We also met with Anthony Trasmundi. He is a great salesman and he convinced us about the importance of purchasing some of the great plans that were available. Our final meeting was with Josie Allen. She showed us the workings of the vehicle inside and out. She demonstrated great knowledge and when we parted, she left it open for us to contact her on anything we needed a further demonstration on about the vehicle. We have not done much driving so far, but the little ride so far has been great. We are still getting accustomed to all the new technology. Thanks again Mark, Anthony and Josie.
