Before I start let’s have a common ground : we all agree that purchasing a car is one of the most important investments that it has a big impact on our life quality. You will share your happiness with your family and friends and they will admire your right selection. So it is very important that we look into this purchase more strategically. At the date I purchased my RX400 Lexus car (almost 4 years ago), Benjamin made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he guided us faithfully about best available cars there. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Ben is a very informative and trusted person and he answered my questions patiently. Benjamin is a differentiator in the Lexus on the Park. So far, I have recommended Ben to 3 of my friends and interestingly enough, all of them confirmed that they had a different positive experience with Benjamin, regardless. However, the journey does not stop here. Benjamin is not that kind of individuals that you cannot find him after closing the deal. Most of the time, when I am in the Lexus services for regular check-ups, Ben somehow finds me and warmly asks me about my experience with the car. Ben stands on his words after sale and keeps supporting his clients years after years. If one day I decide to replace my car again, I will “just” work with Ben. I am happy that I do not need to worry anymore about my investment on my car. I give super 5-star to Ben. Best Wishes Morteza More

Saved Thousands of Dollars I highly recommend Lexus on the Park and Greg Mumford for taking ownership of a very expensive repair job. I have a 2006 US, GS 300 that I bought abo I highly recommend Lexus on the Park and Greg Mumford for taking ownership of a very expensive repair job. I have a 2006 US, GS 300 that I bought about a year ago. My power steering went out and I took it to the mechanic I always take my car to. One of the sensors was dead and I was looking at ~$1,800 repair through him. I called Lexus Canada to see what options I had - after about an hour, they gave me some recall/campaign codes to pass on to a dealership to see if they could help me. I reached out to Don Valley Lexus and was told by a service manager there that "these types of codes (he didn't even take down the codes I had) have a 4 or 5 year time limit and even if I called within that time frame, it wouldn't be free. A new steering rack with labour is at least $4,000." He had a condescending tone and I had all but given up. Later that day, Abid Shivji returned my email and handed Greg Mumford my case. Most of the matter was handled via email with very little to do on my part. After 3 or 4 emails, Greg managed to get my steering rack replaced under warranty at NO COST to me. In addition to that, Greg took care of the remaining outstanding recall work. I don't understand how Greg managed this, I don't understand why other dealerships weren't willing to give me the time of day, and I don't understand why Lexus Canada was so limited in their ability to help me; what I do know is Lexus on the Park made a very stressful situation disappear at zero cost to me and I will continue to strongly recommend this dealership in hopes of driving them more business as a token of my appreciation. More

I have always found him to be polite, informed and responsive to my inquiries of servicing this car we own. I have also appreciated the care given by the dealership and the professional quality of the dealership's entire location. I only wish it was closer to my place of residence. I tried to service our car at the closer dealership and the level of customer experience there was not very good the last times I tried to use them. More
In a Pinch!!! I have been dealing with another Lexus dealership in Toronto for about 8 years and had a very good working relationship---or so i thought. Just the other day when it started to snow my heat went off. I called the dealer and asked to come in on an urgent basis. You cant drive in the snow without heat. Much to my surprise they would not take me in that day and would only schedule an appointment for 5 days from then. I was shocked. They knew i might not be able to drive for 5 days if it continued to snow. I called up Lexus on the Park and they took me in as a walk in without having known me at all. They bent-over backwards and had the car ready for me the next morning after having to order in a new radiator and replace it. I credit my new service manager, the shop foreman Warren Luong with this stellar service and have as a result switched my allegiance to Lexus on the Park. Randall Rothbart More

Abid was just fantastic to deal with. I didn't purchase my car from this location, and it's not the closest location to me, however I have been there once be fore and dealt with him, and he has been fantastic every time. I wouldn't take my business elsewhere, and when I'm ready for a new car, I'll defiantly come to Lexus on the Park. More

We have been used to Lexus’s exemplary service culture for a few years now, but Benjamin took that service to a completely new and unexpected level. He was very transparent in his approach and to our surprise we ended up buying the car in about 1 hour after walking into their showroom for the very first time. Benjamin is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous in his approach and he took the time to understand what was important to us. The thing we appreciated the most was that he wanted to understand what we wanted as opposed to making a sales effort to sell the car that he had on the floor. The car buying experience continued after we had signed the purchase contract and Benjamin was always available to ensure that the whole delivery experience was very positive. After a few years of driving a Lexus we were convinced that we would not want to move to another luxury car maker and after buying this car from Benjamin we are also quite sure we will never buy a Lexus from anyone else but him.
