Excellent Customer service I recently bought Lexus ES 350 preowned from Lexus on the Park dealership. I was there before the office was about to close , I was introduced to Thom I recently bought Lexus ES 350 preowned from Lexus on the Park dealership. I was there before the office was about to close , I was introduced to Thomas Homewood. . Tom went overboard to help me select the right car from me . He kept in touch for days informed me all the informations I needed. He has excellent customer relation , great product knowldge and overall I felt sincerity in his approach . He catered to my needs and got me the navigation and the back up camera which I needed. He tried his level best to accomodate in the price range I was looking for. I also felt that the working atmosphere in Lexus on the park is great and have great customer service pays attention the customers need, I would also like to mention that the sales manager Mr. Treveor has very warm personality and great customer service. I am happy with my purcahse and would definetly go back in the same dealership and recommand friends .I am overall very sattisfed with the service . More

While searching high and low for a vehicle for quite some time, my husband decided to give Lexus on the park a call to see if they had a certain car for sale. Fortunately, he got Benjamin on the line and he told us that the car we like just sold but had another similar car in their inventory. We took it out for a test drive while he gave us the details about the car and was instantly sold once we drove it. Benjamin was so knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process and he was able to give me the keys to the car within days! He definitely treated us like we were special and we loved getting little gifts like the keychains and coffee mugs from Lexus on the park. We would definitely recommended Ben and this dealership to anyone buying a car and we look forward to purchasing our second vehicle with them sometime in the future. More

Service review Just 2 days before my scheduled appointment (estimated duration-3 hours) with Lexus to change winter tires and oil change, my car stalled. I waited t Just 2 days before my scheduled appointment (estimated duration-3 hours) with Lexus to change winter tires and oil change, my car stalled. I waited till the appointment date hoping to have everything done. On this very day, the weather was inclement and there were tons of customers. I was not able to get a courtesy car and as I live over 10 km from the dealership, I could not get the shuttle service. I expressed my concern that I had a pre-arranged appointment in the afternoon and asked Kevin Fam, the service rep to see if anything could be done to expedite. He explained that not having the car wash would save some time, and I went along. He said he would try his best, knowing that I would be idling at Lexus for the duration. To my surprise, the service was completed within 3 hours as planned (especially noticing the massive volume of service required). I was able to go for my appointment on time. I appreciate and am pleased with Kevin's understanding and customer service. His professionalism is commendable. Thank you. More

The purchase of my vehicle involved Benjamin (sales) and Abid Shivji (Service Manager). I received amazing service from both and they went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the purchase of the vehicle. I have dealt with Abid Shivji on numerous occasions for the service of both my vehicles. Each time, Abid does not cease to impress me with his knowledge, professionalism and desire to satisfy his customers to the fullest. He goes above and beyond what I would expect from a dealership's service department. Every question I have had has always been answered patiently and thoroughly. More importantly, Abid is a very personable, honest and trustworthy individual...all qualities that every service advisor or manager should have. Nobody likes service departments? Had my IS350 Sport in for a second time, with a small squeak in the center console. The sound that is barely audible drove me a little squirrelly and proved difficult to find, to a point where I knew what Greg (Service adviser extraordinaire) and Warren (top tech) were thinking...this guy has serious issues and is ready for a nice new "home", They were patient, found the problem (needle in a haystack), fixed it and DID NOT have me "committed". As always, the service experience were impeccable, from reception (Rosina and Chelsea), to the porters and entire staff....Jeremy, Andrew, Abid, Marlon to name a few. And the young lady that runs the Discount Rental desk in the service department, Roberta, reflects the same commitment to customer service and the culture within the dealership. Well done as always! I actually kind of miss the squeak now and will be returning to see it they can reverse engineer the sound back in :) Thanks, Colin More
