Everyone at the Lexus car dealership was very helpful and I feel confident that my purchase will continue to pay dividends: a quality vehicle purchase that will be augmented by continued excellent customer service. Specific to my claims of excellent customer service, I had received an unfortunate--and ill timed--door scratch only within a week of driving off the dealership car lot, but Henok had my scratched door fixed--at no charge--within 24 hours. In addition, Bailey Potter, one of the Lexus finance managers, also went above and beyond in making sure I was satisfied with my car purchase.
